Prepare the custard – crème patissiere (see recipe in website)

Prepare the strawberry coulis (see recipe in website)
DELICIOUS STRAWBERRY SAUCE!
You will need 2 lbs. fresh strawberries, same size if possible, washed and drained, stems removed. Place the fresh strawberries on top of the custard,
FRESH BERRIES BEFORE ADDING THE COULIS
Just before serving, top with the strawberry sauce.
