THE MULTITUDE OF FRENCH MUSTARDS IS ENDLESS – FOR THESE VINAIGRETTES USE CLASSIC FRENCH DIJON!

 

Salt

Pepper

1 tbsp of Dijon mustard

1 ½ tbsp white balsamic raspberry vinegar

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

 

 

This vinaigrette is wonderful with Belgium endives or for Spring Mix:

 

Salt

Pepper

1 tbsp of Dijon mustard

1 ½ tbsp of Jerez vinegar (from Spain)

3 tbsp of walnut oil
